Who Coordinates Your Build?

Who Coordinates Your Build?

Someone has to connect the drawing to the site, the budget to the schedule, and the client to the crews. In most builds that someone is you. Not here.

A construction site is a coordination problem as much as a construction problem. Structural drawings, civil crews, finishing trades, material deliveries, and a schedule that has to survive the monsoon all have to be connected.

When design and construction live in different companies, that coordination is usually left to the client — the person with the least leverage on the site.

A single point of contact

Archifix gives every client one person who can answer for the design, the budget, and the build. One number to call from the first site visit to the final handover. That is the coordination model — and it is why progress updates come on a schedule instead of being chased.
