A family on their own land in Vadakara wanted a home that stayed cool through summer, dry through the monsoon, and felt private despite a busy street on one side.

A courtyard core draws cross-ventilation through every room, deep overhangs push the rain away from the walls, and the same team managed the structure, civil work, and finishing.
